Paces has a training program which is unparalleled in our market. We take a different approach to that of many of our competitors. Although new recruiters enjoy a level of autonomy from week one, training with Paces typically lasts several months. New recruiters also work closely with our Founder and President Kay Stanley, who takes a personal interest in ensuring that they have all they need in order to become exceptional recruiters. Generally, we prefer to train our own recruiters rather than hire recruiters from another organization.
